The Settlement Contract

1. Use of Service

Settlr provides a platform to simplify expense sharing and mahjong / game table settlements. By using this service, you agree to provide accurate financial information to your group members.

2. Financial Responsibility

Settlr is a coordination and ledger tool. We are not a payment processor. Actual money exchange happens outside the platform (via bank transfer, cash, etc.). We are not responsible for unsettled debts between group members.

3. Termination

You may terminate your relationship with Settlr at any time by deleting your account via the settings dashboard. Upon deletion, your access to all group historical records will be permanently revoked.
